Alexis Klekos is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree in Autism Behavioral Studies and Interdisciplinary Health Services from Saint Joseph’s University along with a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University. Alexis began her career as an ABA therapist working in various settings to help increase children’s social skills, daily living skills, and communication skills. She then received her BCBA certification in November of 2018. As a BCBA she is able to administer various ABA assessments in order to develop goals to work on increasing skill acquisition and decreasing any problem behaviors. Melissa is a Licensed Behavior Specialist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Therapy from York College of Pennsylvania in 2014 and began her career in the behavioral health field specializing in working with adolescents in residential treatment facilities with a variety of behavioral health needs. Melissa began her full-time career in ABA as a behavior technician and quickly developed a passion for the ABA field. In June 2019, Melissa graduated with her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and received her license as a Behavior Specialist. Melissa has been practicing as Behavior Analyst since November 2019.

Emily Miller is a Pennsylvania licensed and American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about her work with the pediatric population. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from West Chester University. Emily brings over six years of experience to Beyond Autism Services, working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Emily discovered her passion for working with children while interning at a pediatric therapy center during graduate school. Through this experience, and her clinical experience since, she has learned that collaboration and open communication is key to promoting growth in the children that she serves. Amanda is a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist. She graduated from Neumann University with a Masters in Principal Leadership with an Autism Endorsement. Before becoming a Behavior Specialist, Amanda has taught a diverse population, including children and adolescents with autism and other development disabilities for 10 years. She has been doing ABA since 2014 with children of all ages.
Amanda has always had a passion for helping children with special needs, particularly those who have behavioral challenges and developmental disorders. She enjoys seeing the growth of individuals with who she works with through dedication and compassion.

Director of Client Relations
Jennifer Bender is a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist and our Director of Client Relations. During her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, Jen worked in Child Behavior research labs for Temple University and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), assisting clinicians in the implementation of school-wide positive behavior support programs.
Throughout her Master’s program in Behavior Analysis, Jen worked as a full-time Clinical Research Assistant on the Infant Brain Imaging Study in the Center for Autism Research at CHOP. These experiences, as well as her time as a direct ABA technician, guided Jen’s passion for advocacy and education for parents and children with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Through this role, Jen aims for our team to be a resource for families navigating the complex process of enrolling in ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services. She believes in bridging the gap between diagnosis and treatment through a comprehensive admissions process.
Jen grew up in and still lives in the city of Philadelphia. She and her husband Mark welcomed their first child in 2020 to a very large extended family! Cousin time is a favorite, as are trips to the shore and time spent reading a good book.

Skyller Castello is a license and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders (2020) and her Master of Arts in Communication Disorders (2022) degrees from Louisiana State University. After having grown up in Louisiana, Skyller recently re-located to Philadelphia and is excited to work with all the Beyond families!

Meg is a licensed and registered occupational therapist with over 3 years of pediatric experience. She graduated with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019 from the University of Scranton. Bryanna Luistro is a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist. She completed her Master's degree in School Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021 and her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Penn State Brandywine in 2019. Bryanna worked in a school setting for 4 years before she was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis through a family member. The meaningful interactions Bryanna shared with clients early in her career as a PCA-ABA encouraged her to push forward in the field and pursue the BCBA route. Her favorite part of the job is having the opportunity to develop relationships with the families and sharing in the joy of her clients' milestones - big or small!

Danielle is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist. Danielle received her Master's Degree in Special Education from Simmons University in Boston, MA. Tanaesza “Tee” Russell is a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist. During her undergraduate studies at Widener University, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2019, Tanaesza was introduced to ABA as an internship. This in turn lead to her working as an RBT for five years, completing a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism Studies through Ball State University in 2021 and obtaining her LBS. Her favorite part of the job is taking part and watching her clients achieve goals both big and small, while watching their independence blossom! Jennifer is currently a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania, pursuing her BCBA. She attended Lesley University for her bachelor’s degree, but it was a change in career that led her to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Jennifer began working in a preschool that was inclusive of children with various developmental disabilities. It was in that inclusive preschool that she was introduced to the concepts and principles of ABA, and a new passion was formed. In 2022 she completed her Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizonia State University, all while working in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Jennifer loves that through Behavior Analysis children and their families can reach their full potential. Shea is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA. Shea began college thinking she wanted to be a special education teacher, but quickly fell in love with the field of ABA in 2013 when she started working at the Kinney Center at Saint Joseph’s University. Through this role, Shea had the opportunity to learn about behavior science through hands on experience, working directly with various ages of individuals with autism. Shea found her passion, immediately changed her major to ABA, and began pursuing a career of becoming a BCBA. She obtained her Masters through Northeastern University, and officially became certified in 2020. Shea is passionate about guiding others in using a compassionate approach to help each client learn and reach their goals. Valerie Zankman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. Val began working with children in high school, first in the daycare setting, then as a nanny throughout her undergraduate studies. She was drawn to ABA by its ability to make measurable, socially significant changes in the lives of children and their families. Val’s educational pursuits led to earning her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Focus in ABA in October of 2022. Soon after, Val began working at Beyond as a Registered Behavior Technician and found her passion in finding creative ways to ensure children enjoy learning. Val then earned her Master's in ABA at Purdue Global in May 2025 before earning her Board Certification the following October. Julia is currently a Licensed Behavioral Specialist pursuing her BCBA. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Disability Services with a minor in Deaf Studies and a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Julia began her career in Early Childhood Intervention, providing services to children ages 0–3 with medical and developmental delays, and played a key role in developing an ABA program within the center to assist children in referrals for diagnosis and receiving services. These early experiences strengthened her commitment to the field and ultimately inspired her to pursue her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at the University of Cincinnati. Julia’s passion for ABA continues to grow as she supports meaningful skill development, building strong loving relationships with her clients and celebrates the progress both big and small of the children and families she works with. Emily has worked in the field of autism for over ten years, beginning her career as a teaching assistant before becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and later earning her BCBA certification. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals across a variety of settings including schools, homes, clinics, and summer camps. These experiences have shaped her collaborative and flexible approach to supporting each child and family she works with.

Allison graduated from Dickinson College in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in educational studies.
