We’ll ask you for some basic demographic information to learn more about your child and his or her unique needs.
We will run a thorough verification of your benefit details and explain any potential financial responsibility.
You’ll send us some paperwork for insurance authorization, such as a full copy of your child’s diagnostic evaluation and referral for services.
Beyond offers a free Parent Orientation, led by a Licensed Behavioral Specialist, which includes an overview of ABA and the process of enrolling, what an example treatment plan looks like, what to expect when your child is enrolled at Beyond, and other useful resources!
We will request an authorization from your insurance company for an initial assessment. Once approved, a clinician will reach out to schedule an in-person appointment with you and your child.
A BCBA will meet with you and your child to further assess current strengths and needs. A BCBA student may also be present during this appointment to provide additional support. If you are also interested in Occupational and/or Speech Therapy, we can coordinate representatives from these disciplines to meet you during this visit. You will have the opportunity to review the treatment recommendations before moving forward.

Our clinical and scheduling teams will finalize the weekly schedule for your child and provide you with a start date for direct services!
